*** Short courses will be taught by instructors on-site but may include both on-site and on-line attendants. For on-line short course attendants only, registration for the symposium is not required. The conference reserves the right to cancel any short course (either the on-line portion or entirety) for any reason with a full refund of the course registration fee.

Fee Waiver and Discount
- Keynote speakers: must register and skip the payment step. All fees listed above will be waived.
- All short course instructors: must register. Free registration for symposium but have to pay the short course fee if it is a different short course from the instructed short course.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of any paid registration of short course or symposium fee must be made in writing before or on Feb 4 for a full refund minus a $50 processing charge. No refund will be honored if the cancellation request is received after Feb 4, 2024.
